Marshi is an accomplished Australian chef who weaves her Sri Lankan heritage into classic modern Australian dishes.

With experience at venues across Melbourne and Adelaide including head chef roles at Community Lot 14 and Lady Burra Brewhouse, Marshi’s Kitchen marks a significant milestone in her career—a restaurant she can call her own.

Marshi’s Kitchen promises to be a reflection of her culinary journey, an amalgamation of experiences and influences that have shaped her into the respected chef she is today.

Coffee is important to us at Marshi’s Kitchen. We have partnered with Toby’s Estate Coffee and we use their Woolloomooloo blend.
