    This is where the race feels close enough to touch. Just 400 metres from the start and finish line, Marshi’s Kitchen gives you a rare vantage over the TDU’s most electric day. Step out to the roadside as the peloton surges past, then return to a calm, cool space where the wine is poured, the food is flawless and the noise fades into a hum of quiet indulgence.

  • Abundant Grazing Tables

    Savour Marshi’s signature Sri Lankan-inspired dishes and abundant grazing tables. From the first bite to the last, the whole day will be a celebration of great food and moments. All you have to do is relax and enjoy.

  • Pouring All Day Long

    Celebrate the day with Paracombe Wines, local beers, Toby’s Estate coffee, teas, ciders, mocktails, soft drinks and juices — poured throughout the day. (Spirits and cocktails not included.)

    After 3pm, the bar remains open for purchase, live blues music begins, and the relaxed Stirling after-race atmosphere takes over.
